Chikmaglur travel experience( One crzay day)

Uh..huh..

Another travelogue, Basically i am not so fond of travelogues, full of history and geography details.. may be another reason for my dislike is jealousy, while u r sittig in your office working ur *** off reading ,someone enjoying nature, swimming with dolphins does not help much (oh no what did i admit, by the way.. Swathi never feel jealous). So dont expect me to write stuff like that because i am lazy enough to forget the routes and history.. besides who need it when u have google maps and wikipedia

So i went to a place called chikmagalur (I donno y but i always end up pronouncing it as chikmangalur) Dont ask me how much distance from banglore or hyderbad . It is far enough that you wont feel your legs during this journey..
Climate is cold enough to skip bath for two days(Hey not me i am good girl u know).
Routes are confusing enough to get lost.
Ghat roads are high enough to feel rats in your stomach.(Ew.. Even i am digusted with this comparision)
Fog is good enough that you will chant Hanuman danadakam secretly( Again not me) , though i thought twice that i am gonna die.

This place made me feel jealous of karnataka for it's beauty, why god why only they have all scenic places.. why?

Ok lets start with food( Dont gime that weird look, everybody likes food u know).. I guess all vegetables are filled with more oxygen and more taste here. Even i found cauliflower is tasty (there is really god here), Chicken is so soft that i cant stop eating .. Lastly coffee come on you have to talk about coffee when you stayed in coffee estate ... I am not so a coffee drinker or lover.. But this place made me to find taste in coffee though i added double sugar. This place one hell of yummiest.

Coming to roaming
We went to mulyangiri.. kind of high peak,, gives you goosebumps, with super natural views.. And to my surprise there is a temple( Hey i found the reason why temples are situated on top of moutains, by the time you reach any hill, you will be half scared to death, so our ancestors figured this out and to comfort us they build a temple to give some moral support.. how kind na). Did i tell you there are lot of steps need to be climbed to reach that temple, By the time we reached temple. There is heavy downpour.. Luckily bhagavan shiva gave us shelter with prasad( oh no that kanzoos pujari did nt offer me any, may be because of the coins i left as dakshin.. Note to self :Carry cash to temples to impress pandits.. they are the ones who offer prasadam.. ) After some time rain was stopped , we manage to climb down to the place where our vehicles parked , after completing mandatory facebook photo session , we are wrapped up for the day.

Next day is kind of search for waterfall. My eyes are kind of hungry for waterfalls, I guess we went for some place.. (hang on a minute i forgot the name pinging a friend for it) oh yeah got it .. kimmengundi.. this is also a peak point.. There is a superb ghat.. i guess tigers are good in hiding so we could not see any.. superb rain .. After nagging for continuous 20 mins my driver let me open the window.. Man this is the ultimate for awesome ness.. But actually fog killed most of the view... After we went to the peak point.. There is a heavy rain ,unlike previous day we are not that lucky.. so drenched in rain and i alsmost freezed to death.. We ate dhaba food but billed like restaraunt places (The board actually read as restorent, with all my super brains i asked someone, meaning of the word). We also went to some waterfalls , did not remember the name, Am sure my online support also did not remember this.. It is so tiny.. but the amla with salt and chilli is yummiest for the freezing weather( how come i wont forget about food, I am sure that if i dig deep enough i can even tell you the name of the amla vendor :P).. Thats a wrap for a second day.

Third day we went for estate tour, saw a waterfall.. and the algae there does not feel slippery like all other algae.. weird huh!!!

Belur: It is actually made me proud to live in this corrupted country.. The architecture is finer than the design on my dupatta. I wish i have a saree with the design engraved in pallu (after all a girl u know). And i did not know the diety name( i bought prasadam from there and my coll asked me the deity name that is when i looked at the cover of prasadam, thank god i did not buy the plain covers one :))

so thats it
Things i learnt:
Even grownups are scared of dogs.. (Phani i did not mention your name here you know)
Boys are also sensitive..
Moving things(vehicles) are not my forte
Never trust promises, when it involves cycle riding..
And you let me falldown..
